• Traffic incident kits

These provide personal protective equipment and other items for drivers and include hi-visibility vest, torch/light stick, disposable camera, foil blanket, first aid gloves, tape measure, road crayon, pen and paper.

• Incident Reporting Line

The IRL is UK based, available 24 hours a day and offers guidance for employees in the event of a road traffic collision. It can help explain legal responsibilities, indicate when to call the emergency services and how to avoid becoming the victim of a staged accident or fraudulent claim. The information given by the driver is collated to provide a report to assist their employer in investigating the incident and also with regard to any insurance claim.

• Occupational Road Risk compliance manual

The manual contains sample policies and documents to help companies create their own work-related driving risk assessments, policies and procedures.

• Consultancy

ManORR can arrange for a consultant to visit your business to discuss your Health and Safety compliance requirements. They will then work with you to produce policies and procedures tailored to your specific situation.

• Training
